4.3 2M sodium hydroxide in methanol solution
40g of sodium hydroxide solid was weighed, 500ml of methanol was added and dissolved.
4.4 Analysis Steps
Weigh about 2-3 grams of the sample accurately in a 250ml beaker, add 20ml isopropanol to mix, slowly add 15ml sodium hydroxide methanol solution, stir for 10 min, add nitric acid solution (1:1), make the solution PH≤3, and measure with automatic potential titrator.

The difference between the results of two parallel determinations must not exceed 0.2%
