Boc-L-Valine (Boc-Val-OH) (CAS: 13734-41-3is a valine derivative. Amino acids and derivatives, peptide synthesis, used as amino acid protective monomer, organic synthesis intermediate, pharmaceutical intermediates, biochemical reagents, chemical reagents. Boc-Val-OH is an important organic intermediate to synthetize substituted vinylglycine products. Boc-Val-OH is used in the multi-peptide synthesis and serves as the amino acid protection monomer. Boc-Val-OH can be used for Valaciclovir, Ganciclovir, and other Lovir series side chain synthesis, pressurizer and other peptides synthesis. 

Production method using tert-Butoxycarbonyl Azide and L-Valine as raw materials, the crude product is prepared by acylation under alkaline conditions, and then extracted by ether and ethyl acetate, recrystallized and refined to obtain the product.
