Noscapine Hydrochloride is a bradykinin B and tubulin inhibitor. Anti-viral. Noscapine hydrochloride is the hydrochloride form of Noscapine. Noscapine is an opioid alkaloid with several actions. Antagonist at Bradykinin B Receptor (bradykinin receptors) (pA2 = 6.68), inhibits carbachol-stimulated phosphoinositol turnover and enhances forskolin-stimulated cAMP increases in CNS tissues.
