Triethoxyphenylsilane (Phenyltriethoxysilane) (CAS: 780-69-8) is a colorless and transparent liquid, soluble in a variety of organic solvents, mild smell used as silicon nucleophile, palladium-catalyzed cross coupling reaction activity. Used as raw materials for the preparation of polymer organic compounds. Triethoxyphenylsilane is a functional silane with a phenyl group and a ethoxy group. Used as a raw material for the preparation of high molecular organic silicon compounds; as a crosslinking agent for silicone resins, and also as a raw material for phenyl silicone oil and silicone rubber. Can be used as a crosslinker for organic resins and especially used in coatings, sealants and adhesives. As a crosslinker in high-temperature silicone elastomers. As a surface modifier for the aluminum trihydrate (ATH) used as a filler in halogen-free flame-retardant (HFFR) cable insulation. Can be used as other silanes & siloxanes intermediates. Can be used for hydrophobic surface treatment. Can also be used as hydrophobic additive to other silane coupling agents. Phenyl functional silanecan improve thermal stability of other silanes.
